Attorney’s work in international affairs exemplary
On behalf of the State Bar of Georgia, I too would like to extend my condolences to the family and many friends of Atlanta lawyers Homer A. Houchins Jr. At the early death of his March 25th.
During his 45 years of practice, Mr. Houchins was not only in the international economic law, he was very active in international affairs, as a founder and president of the local French-American Chamber of Commerce, Honorary Consul of France for South-Eastern United States and as a prosecutor of the Trust in Germany. His work in the development of international relations, has distinctions of France and the German government, and served our nation.
A strong justice is the foundation on which the principles of freedom and justice, and we must work on, they protect each day. Thanks to his lifetime of service, Homer Houchins a shining tribute to this system, the protection of the rights and freedoms of all Americans.
